Following on from designing Heather’s logo (read more here), I was tasked with building the Pretty Little Victorian website, including blog and shop.
The site structure was pretty simple with just five pages; and the shop was also uncomplicated with just three categories for products to sit under.
The Home page features a slider with newsletter sign up and beneath this sit three featured page buttons with artwork and links to the respective pages.
Four featured products are displayed beneath this module, with three recent news posts following on.
The footer sits at the bottom with a shop menu and Heather’s Instagram feed.
I created page banners using some of Heather’s images for About and Contact to give a visual introduction to the page. These internal pages also showcase a sidebar which holds a search bar, latest blog posts, social media links, blog categories, Instagram feed and a subscribe box to be notified of Heather’s latest news.
I love creating a logo design and then integrating the brand identity throughout a website! It’s so much fun to see a project through from concept to launch!
